July 21st is a big event for Iran for the oil industry. In the presence of the President, oil export operations from the Makran coast in the Oman Sea are to begin.
At the opening ceremony, the Minister of Oil said: "For the first time in the 110-year history of Iran's oil industry, the operation of exporting crude oil from the shores of Makran in the Oman Sea began."
By exploiting the first part of this project, from today, 300,000 barrels of crude oil will be sent daily through a distance of one thousand kilometers from Goreh region in Bushehr province to Jask region on the border of Hormozgan and Sistan and Baluchestan provinces.
