He added: "According to the statute, if the governor of the central bank cannot continue his activity, the deputy governor can run for a month, but after a month, the governor of the central bank must be appointed and there is no place for supervision."
Vaezi said: The legal deputy of the presidency said that we should act according to the special law of the central bank and when there is no place for supervision, it should act according to the same; The 13th president will nominate its central bank governor, but Mr. Komijani, who served as deputy governor for many years, was elected as current head of central bank.
