Tuesday, 29 June 2021 (YJC) _The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Tokyo announced three Iranian prisoners in Japan have been handed over to the country.
The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Tokyo announced on Tuesday in its tweeter account that three Iranian prisoners in Japan have been handed over to the country.
It is said that as “The agreement on the transfer of prisoners between Iran and Japan has been implemented, the first group of Iranian prisoners have been handed over to the country to serve their sentences in Iran.”
The tweet reads as “Thanks to the cooperation of the Ministry of Justice and the Consular Deputy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Justice of Japan, and due to the efforts taken by Iranian Embassy in Tokyo, this morning three Iranian prisoner left Japan for their country."
