Former United States President Donald Trump claimed that the country "got nothing" from the summit between presidents of Russia and the US, Vladimir Putin and Joe Biden.
"I think it was a good day for Russia. I don't see what we got out of it," the ex-US commander in chief told Fox News in an interview.
Trump reiterated that his relationship with Putin was "very good," but alleged that even the Russian head of state acknowledged that "nobody was tougher" on Russia than him. The Republican politician also claimed he had "stopped" Russia's Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline project and criticized the Biden administration for supposedly allowing it to be completed.
