According to the Media Office of al-Nujaba in Palestine, During the unprecedented attacks of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance on the Zionist regime’s positions in the Occupied Territories, the al-Nujaba Islamic Resistance Movement published pictures of the meeting between Shaykh Akram al-Kaabi, the secretary-general of the movement, and Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the Hamas political bureau, and Ziyad al-Nakhalah, the secretary-general of Palestinian Islamic Jihad, for the first time.
Expressing solidarity with the Palestinian warriors, the secretary-general of the al-Nujaba Islamic Resistance Movement stated in this meeting, “The Iraqi people have always stood by the oppressed people of Palestine and have supported their efforts toward liberation from the savage and occupying Zionist regime. I personally wish to fight the enemies in the holy land of Palestine.”
Shaykh al-Kaabi added, “Armed resistance is the only way to liberate the holy city of al-Quds and, consequently, the complete liberation of the land of Palestine, and we believe that the Islamic Resistance is close to that moment of liberation.”
He emphasized the further development of the Islamic Resistance Axis while manifesting the unity of goals and stated, “I have repeatedly stated that the war with Israel will no longer be limited to a country in the eastern Mediterranean but rather that the Zionists will be surprised when confronted with a front consisting of warriors who believe in heavenly borders and non-Palestinian nationalities.”
The senior commander of the Iraqi Islamic Resistance noted, “We are ready for any military-security cooperation with our Palestinian brothers. We are monitoring all the informal movements of the Zionists in Iraq to the north of the country and I promise that the Islamic Resistance has the ability to reach the depths of the Occupied Territories.”
Shaykh al-Kaabi stressed that “the withdrawal of the American occupiers from Iraq will have its first impact on the Palestinian equation” and added, “The Zionist regime is the illegitimate child of the Western arrogant powers and Israel is now engaging in audacious ventures with the support of the United States. The humiliation of a United States in decline will serve to liberate the holy land of Palestine.”
In conclusion, he said, “The Iraqi Islamic Resistance has confronted the foreign occupiers since the struggle against the Ba’athist regime and has therefore reached a comprehensive strategy to confront the United States, the United Kingdom and the Zionist regime.”
