Tehran, YJC. Zarif says the U.S.-lead coalition against ISIL was formed by countries which were trying to make up for their own mistakes.
Iran’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif was making the
statements in the New York Political Think Tank.
Iran was the first country to help Iraq following an Iraqi request.
Maintaining that ISIL is a threat to the entire world, he
said that it is needed that the international community seek the effective way
to tackle the problem.
"Some of the members attending the Paris meeting have contributed
in a way to the formation and strengthening of the terrorist group which then
turned back on its creators,” the FM stated.
He also pointed to the IAEA assessment of Iran’s nuclear
activities and maintained "There are incorrect reports. They seem to want to
continue the inspection until they find something that doesn’t exist.”
We have stated so often that we are providing utmost
clarity, but according to all agreements, the military facilities are out of
the inspection sphere, Zarif stated.
