Thursday, 25 February 2021 (YJC)_ Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa claimed Saudi Arabia is a factor of stability in the region.
Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince of Bahrain, said that Saudi Arabia is a stabilizing factor for the region and the global economy, and the strategic depth of the Arab and Islamic nations.
In statements reported by Al Arabiya news channel, the Crown Prince of Bahrain stressed the need for the Gulf Cooperation Council to be a party to any negotiations on the security of the region.
The Bahraini Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdul Latif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, affirmed his country’s keenness and interest in pushing the march of joint Gulf action towards broader horizons, in a way that enhances the cohesion of the Gulf Cooperation Council and achieves more achievements and gains for the benefit of the citizens of the GCC countries.
The Bahraini minister praised the sincere efforts made by the Secretary-General of the Council to follow up the implementation of the decisions of the 41st session of the Supreme Council of the Cooperation Council, which was held in Al-Ula Governorate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on January 5, in order to achieve the aspirations of the GCC leaders for more Gulf cooperation and integration in various fields.
