Tehran, YJC. Iranian military commander says the U.S. is the leading power behind ISIL.
Iran’s Basij Commander Mohammad Reza Naqdi who was speaking
in Yazd on Saturday afternoon in regard to the ISIL said "The U.S. has created
such a tumor against the region. The scheme to fight ISIL is the continuation
of the very first plan it used to follow.”
He stated that there are four goals for the U.S. by leading
the ISIL.
The first is to create a criminal current in order to
disfigure the image of Islam "By committing anti-humanitarian crimes and
publishing their pictures.”
He added that second aim of the U.S. is to create schism
between the Shiite and Sunni.
Third, he added, anti-arrogance, anti-U.S. forces had
granted the Islamic revolution as the example for their crusade against
arrogance, creating a great power under the flag of the Islamic Republic.
"Following that, the U.S. decided to create al-Qaeda to
launch a malleable extremist leadership in order to derail that great current,”
he noted.
Naqdi stated that the U.S. and al-Qaeda went so far as to
attack the twin towers, "Which paved the ground for an outwardly anti-U.S. and
extremist front.”
The commander added that the last goal for the U.S. by
launching extremist groups is to create alibi for its military presence in the
Middle East region and to facilitate its interference with regional affairs.
