Tehran, YJC. The Supreme Leader’s representative to the Supreme Council of National Security has said that the Supreme Leader’s refutation of relationship with the US does deny relations perpetually.

Ex-director of Iran’s nuclear talks believes that with developments in foreign diplomacy grounds could be laid for economical improvement of the country.

Rouhani says that all diplomatic entities must try in keeping with the entirety of the national rights besides the nuclear one to attract international cooperation.

As he spoke these, Rouhani also provided comments on the shortcomings of the 9th and 10th administrations in the economic sphere.

Rouhani said that based on official statistics the economic growth of the country in the 4th program, between 2005 and 2009, has been 4.5 percent while a 8-percent growth had been set as objective. This, Rouhani believed, shows that the 9th administration has kept behind the schedule by 3.5 percent, realizing at best 56 percent of the objectives.

He also said that the criterion for assessing the performance of an administration is their position regarding the 5-year programs and the 20-year outlook.

Rouhani believed that although the 9th and 10th administrations have had progress, they have fallen behind the programs to a large degree.

Rouhani said that the governmental exchange revenue in the past 7 years has been $698 billion to reach $760 billion if the current year revenue is also included. Rouhani believed that with these numbers no administration so far has had brighter opportunities, yet people are grappling with unprecedented inflation.
