Wednesday, 13 January 2021 (YJC)_General Salami said Iran does not need JCPOA anymore.
In his remarks on Wednesday IRGC Chief Commander, Major General Hossein Salami noted “JCPOA is no longer Iran’s need.”
He then went on to note the fact that the US return is not important for the country as “it has fallen into disgrace in the world and its plots and conspiracies have returned to itself.”
“The President of the United States is a depressed and defeated person who knocked his country to the ground,” he said while noting “the architect of Maximum Pressure and Maximum Pressure itself have been defeated.”
While appreciating Iran’s achievements he added “Zionists Regime has been rotten internally and the US status is clear, however, the Islamic Republic of Iran has reached a point where it no longer needs JCPOA.”
Salami then continued to say “the main focus of the enemy right now is on the words and expressions of the Leader and to prevent him from guiding human beings is their aim.”
