Tuesday, 13 October 2020 (YJC)_ Reporting 272 new covid-19 death in a single day, Iran sets new high record again.
Iran’s Health Ministry Spokesperson Sima Lari reported 272 new deaths in the past 24 hours on Monday, the highest single-day number since the beginning of the outbreak.
She also mentioned in her remarks that 4,206 new infected cases were diagnosed, bringing the total to 504,281.
A total of 409,121 people have recovered from the disease, Lari added, noting that over 4.34 million tests have been carried out to detect the disease across the country.
“2063 new cases have been hospitalized in the past 24 hours while 4,533 people are in critical condition” she continued.
