Friday, 18 September 2020_Italian club AC Milan has started its European competitions with victory, after defeating Irish club Shamrock Rovers 2-0 in the European League qualifier in Dublin.
Veteran striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic broke the deadlock for the Rossoneri with a precise shot from a tight angle in the 23rd minute.
Milan dominated the match after the break and Turkish international Hakan Calhanoglu scored the 2nd with a clinical finish from edge of the box in the 67th minute.
With the victory, the Italian club will next meet Bodo Glimt of Norway in the 3rd qualifying round of the Europa League next week.
