has stopped the Chinase finance to replace it with Europe’s, Deputy Foreign

with different countries are independent of each other. No country is going to
replace another.”

is being accomplished. Talks are going on.”
"There are always technical negotiations between countries,
something that comprises the reason for the current series of travels,” he
said.
The Deputy Foreign Minister further said "Our relations with
China are far deeper than not solve them with talks whenever a problem arises.”
Then in answer to a question regarding Iran’s formerly

billion has been freed as was mentioned in the initial agreement. We have used
