Showing no emotion as he’s led into court, the white-supremacist Australian is on trial today. Family members of his victims were given the opportunity to address the court, in person and via video.
According to the Scottish Palestine Solidarity Campaign, while some posters received ‘likes’ for suggesting the press coverage of the attack was excessive, others welcomed the bloodbath calling it “payback’’. Since it was created in 2018, the SFI Facebook Page became a far right posting board for supporters of the massacre, and it’s violently racist content made it a magnet for xenophobes.
