Sunday, 19 July 2020_Lewis Hamilton has set a new track record to take the Hungarian GP pole position ahead of Valtteri Bottas while racing point locked out second row.

F1 Hungarian GP: Hamilton claims pole positionThe Briton roared to his 90th career F1 pole with one minute 13.443 seconds, to beat Bottas by a mere tenth of a second.

That's while racing point raised some eyebrows in the qualifying as Lance Stroll became the third fastest driver, 0.764 seconds down on pole, with his teammate Sergio Perez finishing 4th, a fraction of a second behind.

Sebastian Vettel pipped Charles Leclerc, by 4 tenth of a second to lockout the third row of the grid for Ferrari and Red Bull's Max Verstappen could only qualify seventh.
