Thursday, 16 July 2020_The organizers of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar have revealed the schedule for the finals of the tournament.
The organizers said that Qatar will start the World Cup at the Al Bayt Stadium on the 21st of November. The final will be held at the Lusail Stadium in Doha in Mid-December. It was also announced that the draw for the finals would be made after the March 2022 international match-calendar qualifying window.
That’s while qualification for the World Cup has begun in Asia and Africa. But it's are yet to start in Europe, the Americas and Oceania. More details from FIFA chief tournaments and events officer.
