Tehran, YJC. Majidi has raised voice over killing civilians in Gaza.

Filmmaker Majid Majidi in an open letter expressed outrage over current unrest over Gaza and said "Death to and fie on human rights organizations whose ears have grown deaf and whose eyes cannot sea.”

ISNA reports that Majidi added "It is sure that in their sightless eye, all these defenseless women and children who are killed are not human.”

"I know a land which has been subject to injustice as much as a history. A land where their weapons is belief in God, people who brandish their breasts against bombs and missiles, who have to protection against violent attacks by evil,” Majidi’s letter reads.

"Fie on human rights organizations whose eyes and ears are blind and deaf and who do not see all the injustice that a nation is suffering. To their sightless eyes all these defenseless women and children are sure not to be seen as human,” he wrote.

"My words address neither human rights entities, neither Western governments or Arab governments, who, if they had a hind of decency, there must have not been anything as Zionism today. I am addressing the free people of the world. How can one watch tens of tons of bomb pouring upon a helpless nation and a world going on in its deadly silence?” he adds.
