TEHRAN, Nov 14_ Political activist and Islamic parties released a statement at the 33rd annual Islamic unity conference.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club(YJC)_Political activists and multiple Islamic parties who participated in the 33rd annual international Islamic unity conference on Wednesday in Tehran gave a statement that read, “We call for the legal and lawful prosecution and condemnation of Washington for the creation of ISIS at an international level, as well as supporting the Zionist regime’s aggression against Palestinians and Saudi Arabia’s attack on Yemen.”
Finding religious mutuality, strengthening political activism in the Islamic world, explaining resistance discourse and the importance of Palestine to the people especially the youth, exchanging ideas on social media and publishing an official journal are among the issues highlighted in the statement.
The signatories of this declaration, while emphasizing the importance of the link between religion and politics, explained that supporting the axis of resistance is their main strategy.
This statement points out the significance of Palestine’s sovereignty and stated, “Bethlehem being the eternal capital of Palestine in an invariable certainty.”
