Tehran, YJC. Amir Abdollahian is going to attend Egypt’s presidential inauguration while the Iranian President was officially invited.
The Deputy Foreign Minister of Iran in Arab and African
Affairs left Iran for Egypt on Sunday morning, Mehr News Agency reports.
Hossein Amir Abdollahian will be attending the inauguration
of the President-elect Abdel Fattah el-Sisi.
Abdollahian’s stay will take no more than one day.
Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister in Arab and African Affairs
is attending the inauguration in spite of Egypt’s invitation of President Rouhani
to the occasion.
