Tehran, YJC. Islamic Radio and Television Union Secretary General says ‘Islamic channels have audience even in Europe.’

Ali Karimian, Secretary General of the Islamic Radio and Television Union in interview with Mehr News Agency on Sunday said "The motto we have chosen for this year’s conference is ‘Awakening Meida, Voice of Resistance, and Coping with Sectarian Sedition’. All three of the topics are very important and among the basic issues in the Islamic world.”

"Therefore,” he further mentioned "the main axes to be attended to during the conference are Palestine, Islamic resistance, and Islamic world photography.”

Providing comments on hot issues of the day such as the Syrian crisis, soft war, and new media he said "In these three days, we will address these topics. We will do so with 220 members from 35 countries invited to the conference.”

"I believe that Islamic media have their own audience, so much so that we have audience even in Europe,” Karimian stated.
