TEHRAN, Jul 26- Iranian Minister of Agriculture Mahmoud Hojjati said the country is ready to expand scientific agricultural cooperation with China.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - “Boosting bilateral agricultural cooperation with China in Cereals, beans, industrial plants, horticultural products and oilseeds is on the agenda,” he said in China.
“Given expanding Iran-China ties in various fields, Ministry of Agriculture of Iran is ready to work with Chinese research centers in all agricultural fields.”
He noted there are 24.000 types of cereal seeds in China which could also be used in Iran because of similarity of Iran and China weather conditions.
