TEHRAN, YJC. Deputy Commander of the Islamic Republic of Iran Troops has said that the unit has 3 new missiles to test in near future.

Brigadier
General Kyoumarth Heidari, Second in Command of the the Islamic Republic of
Iran Troops said that the unit has scheduled a series of missile exercises in
near future and added "If approved by the General Staff of the Armed Forces,
the exercises will be performed before the end of this year [March 20].”
Heidari
added that in the exercises parts of the missile unit of the Army will perform
combat tactics in a large scale.
He also
said that in this series of exercises new missiles are added to the unit
weaponry, stating that the missiles have passed experimental performances and
will be used in field during the upcoming exercises.
Second
in Command of the the Islamic Republic of Iran Troop asserted "If the missiles
past the tests they will be used in the Army defence system.”
Fars
news agency reports that the exercises will be held in central Iran.
