Tehran, YJC. Iran’s Minister of Trade has said the country is willing to sell gas to European countries.
Speaking in interview with the German Handelsblatt, Iran’s
Minister of Iindustry, Mine, and Trade said "We want to play an important role
in the global market of gas in the future.”
Mohammadreza Nemadzadeh stated "We do not want to compete
with Russia, but we know that Europe’s need for gas grows every day, of which
we would like some share.”
Stressing that Iran is able to be a guaranteed, secure,
long-lasting for Europe he asserted "We have energy resources and plans for
cooperation.”
He also invited German car manufacturers to improve their
cooperation with and share in the Iranian market.
