TEHRAN, Apr 23 - Iran’s president assistance in legal affairs says the country pursues US’s hindering financial aids to the flood-hit people of Iran.

TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - In an interview with IRIB news agency Laya Joneidi said that Islamic Republic of Iran will prosecute this infringement of US in the international court of justice.

Referring to fact that Iran has not been able to receive any financial aid through banking mechanism due to US, the Iranian lawyer said that this act of US indicated its huge violations of laws particularly with regards to Human Rights area.

Joneidi pointed out that based on International court temporary order US is forbidden to hindering the delivery of humanitarian aids such as food, drug, medical equipment, and banking services.

“This act of US, in addition to be a violation of international law, obviously has violated the temporary order of international court, for each of them due measures has been taken” Joneidi said.

What is beyond the US hindrance of aiding, Joneidi added, is its violation of international justice temporary order.
