Tehran, YJC. Deputy FM in Europe and Americas’ Affairs has stressed Iran’s goodwill over nuclear deal.
On his trip
to Finland, Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister in Europe and Americas’ Affairs
Majid Takht Ravanchi met with the country’s Foreign Minister on Monday.
Stressing Iran’s
goodwill in its nuclear deal with the Six Majors, Ravanchi urged the EU and US
to avoid actions and statements that will damage agreements made between the
sides in Geneva, Mehr News Agency reports.
The Foreign
Minister of Finland Erkki Tuomioja in turn expressed hopes that with the aid of
both sides, final agreement is reached the sooner.
Also providing
comments on the Geneva2 talks on Syria, he pointed out the need for Iran to be
present as part of the negotiations.
Iran’s

then stressed Iran’s commitment to nuclear deal made with the West and said "We
expect the EU and US to avoid taking positions that will damage the
negotiations process and the agreements so far reached.”
