TEHRAN, Apr 08 - Afghanistan ministry officials said that torrential flood in the country's west and north has claimed the lives of 104 people.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - The flood inundated 13 provinces within the past 10 days, leading to the injury of 44 and disappearance of 17 people.
Besides the casualties, the flood destroyed farms and house with around 60 people displaced.
According to the official sources aware of the situation in Afghanistan already 1868 houses have been destroyed and 6821 also have been damaged.
The recent torrential floods also impacted parts of Iran and Iraq.
