British Parliament votes to delay Brexit

TEHRAN, Mar 15 - The British Parliament has voted to ask the European Union to delay Brexit. If the EU doesn’t grant the request the United Kingdom will crash out of the EU with no exit deal, but if it does, Brexit could be delayed by up to a year.
