Providing comments on reports that two Iranian passengers had boarded Malaysia’s flight MH370 using stolen passports, the spokesman of the Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Committee said "We believe that Americans might have hijacked the Malaysian aircraft. They are behind the scene.”
"The reason to think so is that Iran has currently turned its look to the east, maintaining special regard especially in economy to the eastern and southeastern Asia. So by such an act, the US is trying to trouble Iran’s relations with the countries of the east and Southeast Asia.”
He further stated that Western reports claiming that two Iranians have been on board the aircraft with no passport are to trigger a psychological war against Iran.
"Americans have not directly engaged in the operation,” he stated, asserting "They usually hire people for such operations so that they could blame other countries, especially Muslim states for such terrorist acts.”
"This story reveals signs of a new scheme against Iran by the United States,” he asserted.
