TEHRAN, Feb 23 - Tehran's Friday Prayers leader has forthrightly condemned the recent Sistan-Balouchestan terrorist attack, saying Iran cannot accept an Islamic neighboring country turning into a safe haven and training ground for terrorists.

TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - Addressing Friday prayers worshippers and commenting further, Hojjat-ol-Islam Aboutorabi-Fard said: "We expect from the Pakistani government, as a Muslim neighbor, to rectify its past behavior, and to pave the way for brotherly relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran."

The Leader of the Islamic Republic Ayatollah Khamenei issued a detailed statement entitled "the Second Phase of Islamic Revolution" on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the victory of the 1979 Islamic Revolution.

According to an Iran Press report, addressing a huge crowd of the faithful and worshippers Hojjat-ol-Islam Seyyed Mohammad Hassan Aboutorabi-Fard said in this week’s Friday prayers sermon in Tehran that the Leader’s statement is 'a charter for self-improvement, and for building society.'

He added: "The Leader's statement is a charter for a new chapter in the revolutionary movement and the revolutionary actions of the great Iranian nation, as well as the Islamic Ummah and the Resistance Front."

Aboutorabi-Fard added that the Leader’s detailed statement further provides a clear explanation on the past, and presents 'a roadmap' for solidifying a revolution and a powerful and pioneering Islamic system of government, and shows us the way to achieve an Islamic civilization, and also points the way to improving the functions of the Islamic establishment’s institutions.

He further described tackling structural flaws and mismanagement problems in the country as an urgent necessity, adding that the dependence of the economy on oil, state ownership of the enterprises, and looking for solutions outside the country regardless of domestic potentials and inappropriate and imbalanced budgeting are the main flaws with the economy, which the Leader had mentioned in his statement.
