Tehran, YJC. Besides signing big deal in oil with Indonesia, Iran is going to build Africa several refineries.
Head of Oil Products Association of Iran said "According to an agreement
between an oil products exporters consortium and one headed by an Indonesian company,
the country is going to expand its refinery capacity to 300 thousand barrels.”
Hassan Khosrojerdi in interview with Mehr News Agency stated that Iran and
Indonesia have reached agreement to build small-scale oil and gas condensates
refineries.
The official also pointed out that Iran has made agreements with 6
African countries to build oil refineries.
He further added that the refineries are going to be small ones as well.
