Russia to do best to make rights of Russian citizen to be observed in Guantanamo Foreign Ministry commissioner said.
Russia's Foreign Ministry will do its best to make the rights of Russian citizen Ravil Mingazov to be observed in Cuba's prison of Guantanamo, Commissioner for Human Rights, Democracy
and the Supremacy of Law Konstantin Dolgov said.
"We continue the contacts with American partners on this issue," the commissioner said.
