Ukraine justice minister to raise state of emergency issue, if ministry building not freed.
Ukrainian Justice Minister Yelena Lukash urged protesters to free a ministerial building they had captured.
The minister warned that she might raise the issue of a state of emergency in the country, Inter TV channel reported.
The ministerial building was captured when the last amendments were being drafted in the law on changes in Ukrainian Constitution and on return of the country's Constitution in the reading of 2004.
The justice minister warned that if the ministry building is not freed immediately she would have to turn to members of the Ukrainian National Security and Defence Council "with the demand to discuss introduction of a state of emergency."
She also addressed to ambassadors, representatives of diplomatic missions and consuls "to consider what is being done when European future is being destroyed under aegis of some European values and to condemn any manifestations of aggression."
