After a month of medical leave to remove a blood clot from her brain surface, the Argentinean President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner appeared on the balcony of her house before the public on Friday.
Her way of showing gratitude to the public concern was a cute, unassuming gesture as seen in the picture.
