Tehran, YJC. Russia's president has discussed concerns with Iranian counterpart over the etelephone.
The president of Russia Vladimir Putin in a phone call to Hassan Rohani said "The pivotal role of the Iranian Leadership contributed a great dead to the agreement reached in Geneva."
He also provided comments on the ongoing talks on the Syrian crisis and said"Iran will have to attend the Geneva 2 talks as a major figure."
Putin added "We consider as unproductive any precondition about Iran's attendance."
Rohani in turn stated "Some countries are trying to make excuses and put a spoke in the talks' wheel."
"Instead of putting on a show of negotiations in Geneva we must look for areal selation for the Syrian crisis," he emphasized,
