Tehran, YJC. Senior lawmaker says Iranian nuclear negotiators will have to follow the decisions of an observatory board.
Esamail Kosari, member of
the Majils Committee for National Security and Foreign Policy, said that a team
of high-ranking officials will be overseeing Iran’s negotiators in future nuclear
talks.
"With regard to the
previous results we gained on the first round of Geneva agreements, it was
decided that with two new members ,the team of officials [overseeing the
nuclear negotiations] will be assigning the negotiation team every detail of the
affair,” Kosari stated.
"The nuclear negotiators will be acting as arranged by the
team mentioned above,” the lawmaker asserted, adding "the reason for doing so
was that in the first round the talks did not go in our favor as much as we had
expected.”
He further said "The negotiating team will be checking its
decisions regarding enrichment and other issues related to the case with the board
mentioned.”
