Tehran, YJC. Senior Iranian negotiator says the country’s nuclear deal will be operational toward the end of January.

Iran’s senior nuclear negotiator and Deputy Foreign Minister in International Affairs speaking in the News Academy in Tehran on Sunday in reaction to the Majlis draft to oblige the government to 60 percent uranium enrichment in case the Geneva agreement is violated by the West said "Whatever the Majlis passes is binding and we will inevitably have to enact it.”

Abbas Araqchi added "On the other side as well the Congress is considering many bills that relate to sanctions. Any one of these new bills to be passed by the Congress will annul the Geneva agreement.”

He then pointed to the expert talks on Iran’s nuclear program and said "These talks will start tomorrow and end the same day. Due to the January holiday the talks will continue for only one day.”
