Speaking in an interview with Aljezeera, the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran Mohammad Javad Zarif answered a number of questions regarding the country’s nuclear program and its deal with the West in Geneva.
Addressing reports about secret relations between Iran and the US,
Zarif said "There was no secret means of contact. In the sidelines of the 5+1
we had talks with the US. These were comprehensive talks, the result of which
was the agreement that was made. There were also separate talks which were made
inside the 5+1.”
