TEHRAN, September 26 - Turkey's president said that despite US sanctions, his country continues to import gas from Iran.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - In an interview with Reuters, Recep Tayyip Erdogan stressed the import of Iran's gas.
The president also addressed his countries economic conditions saying that Turkey's Lira lowering in value had noting to do with the tensions between his country and US.
He added that Turkey's economic problems have been exaggerated about.
Pointing out the US priest arrested in Turkey, Erdogan asserted that issue is decided upon by court, not political officials.
