The Independent has said that more than 850 employees at BBC have complained of bullying and sexual harassment.
There have been a large number of contacts by BBC employees to consultants the broadcasting corporation invited for cooperation in the wake of Jimmy Savile scandal.
BBC Director of Human Resources Lucy Adams in an email to the employees of the corporation said some of the accounts to be upsetting.
She wrote that more than 850 individuals have contacted and expressed their ideas on behavior and discipline in BBC, revealing issues of sexual harassment.
An employee has said that there are people with real harassment stories who live with the trauma of an aggressive culture at work.
BBC Spokesman said that they have come to the conclusion that they must appear tough on the issue and that a report prepared with the assistance of Dinah Rose will be published the coming spring.
