Tehran, YJC. Iran’s Head of Atomic Energy Organization says the country will not let go of the Arak heavy water facilities.
Speaking
in a meeting on the third anniversary of the death of Shahriari in Beheshti
University, Aliakbar Salehi said "The Arak reactor is a huge scientific
achievement for our country. If the West is going to demand that we shut it
down, it has in fact intended our case not to be neutralized.”
The
Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran maintained
that trespassing the Arak heavy water reactor is in par with trespassing uranium
enrichment.
