HEHRAN, YJC. Manouchehr Mottaki said Wednesday after evening prayers in Amiralmomenin mosque, Shiraz that Iran has the upper hand in nuclear talks.

Mottaki said "Since the beginning of nuclear talks Iran has lost nothing and the West has gained nothing in this game.”

He said that there are two trays to diplomacy towards the West. On one there is Iran's right to nuclear energy and on the other one could put anything, while Iran has said that it does not consider nuclear weapons.

He said "According to the Supreme Leader's fatwa no one of the supreme authorities in Iran intends to develop nuclear weapons. Also according to some Western authorities they themselves know it too.”

Mottaki added "Fore the West to introduce a result to pressures on Iran we could guarantee them that we don't make nukes, so that they could go and tell the world they didn't let Iran make nuclear weapons.”

Mottaki believed that nations of the world know that Iran does not look forward to the production of nuclear weapons and its nuclear activities go along the NPT and are supervised by the IAEA.
