Tehran, YJC. Defense Minister has inaugurated the production line for SayyadII air defense missile.
Fars news agency reports that Iran’s Minister of Defense
Brigadier General Hossein Dehqan inaugurated the production line for SayyadII
air defense missiles.
Speaking at the inaugural ceremony, the Defense Minister said
"SayyadII is an air defense missile with mid to high reach which is build with the
latest technologies of the world. It is able to target helicopters, drones, and
other objects with small radar surface and high maneuverability moving within
its operational range.”
Dehqan further said that the missile uses solid fuel and
enjoys a hybrid guiding system with high maneuverability.
