Tehran, YJC. Larijani says Iran must resort to resistance as its way of opposing the West, since diplomacy bears no battle.

Speaking at a meeting at Mazandaran University, Iran’s Secretary of Human Rights Staff Mohammadjavad Larijani said "It is not a right thing to say that we are in a diplomatic battle with the US, since diplomacy bears no battle. What we need is a comprehensive jihadistic resistance at the service of which our diplomacy must be,” Mehr news agency reports.

The Head of Judiciary Consultant in International Affairs asserted "We must not expect our diplomats, who are all pious, experienced people, to be able to ward off these violations merely through diplomacy. Diplomacy must be like a basket which keeps the fruits of resistance from falling to the ground.”
