TEHRAN, July 01 - Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Morteza Sarmadi met with Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - The two sides discussed issues of mutual interests as well as key regional and international developments.
Sarmadi also met with Venezuelan parliament speaker.
Last September, in a meeting in the Iranian capital, senior officials from both countries' private and government sectors discussed ways to enhance mutual cooperation, specially in economic and trade fields.
The two sides focused on mechanism to develop economic and trade cooperation between Iran and Venezuela.
Iranian Ambassador to Caracas Mustafa A'laei who was also present in the meeting delivered speech in the meeting.
