Tehran, YJC. Iran’s representative to IAEA says the agency’s Director General and Iran’s Deputy FM are to meet next week.
Mehr News Agency reports that Iran’s representative to the
International Atomic Energy Organization Reza Najafi providing comments on the Iran-IAEA
talks to be held next Monday in Vienna said "Prior to the technical talks,
Araqchi, Deputy Foreign Minister in Legal and International Affairs, and Amano,
the Director General of the agency will have a meeting.”
Najafi added "We expect Mr. Araqchi’s meeting with Amano to
be over by Monday noon and the expert talks to be held in the afternoon. Based on
how far the two sides will progress, the talks are likely to be continued.”
Mehr News Agency adds that four experts in commercial,
banking, oil, and transportation fields have been added to Iran’s nuclear
negotiation team. Thus the country is going to meet the Six Majors with seven
members, headed by the Foreign Ministry Director General of International
Affairs Hamid Baidinejad.
The Iran and 5+1 expert talks, the expert groups consisting
of nuclear, scientific, and sanctions affairs experts, are to be held Wednesday
and Thursday, October 30 and 31st.
