TEHRAN, June 13 - An Iranian Tawasheeh (religious singing) group performed Tawasheeh programs in Myanmar.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - According to the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization, the Bayyinat Group is in Myanmar in coordination with the Iranian Cultural Center in Thailand.
Hailing from the central Iranian province of Yazd, members of the group have traveled to the Southeast Asian city on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
The programs, which also included Quran recitations, were held at mosques and other places in Yangon.
The center also organized Quran recitation and Tawasheeh courses for Muslim women and children.
