TEHRAN, June 02 - Thousands of people have attended the funeral in Gaza for Palestinian nurse Razan al-Najar who was killed during protests along the Gaza border.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - Health officials and witnesses said Israeli forces shot dead the 21-year-old volunteer medic, as she ran towards the border fence, east of the south Gaza city of Khan Younis, in a bid to reach a casualty.
In a written statement on Saturday, the military said it would investigate al-Najar's death. Her death brought the number of Palestinians killed to 119 in weekly demonstrations launched on March 30 in the Gaza Strip.
