TEHRAN, June 02 - Yemeni army and popular committees destroyed a Saudi tank and a military vehicle in Jizan, southwestern Saudi Arabia.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - According to Yemeni TV Channel ‘Al Masirah’, The Saudi tank was hit and demolished by a Yemeni guided-missile in Taba al-Ramada.
This is while Yemeni artillery unit on May 31 targeted Saudi mercenaries’ positions in Al-Mabkhareh.
Saudi media announced death of 8 Saudi military forces in a conflict with Yemeni Ansarallah.
In another attack, Yemeni forces killed 5 Saudi militarymen in Jizan on Friday.
Saudi forces were killed in Maaien, according to Al Masirah.
Yemeni artillery units also pounded Saudis’ positions in Al-Qaryah and Al-Ramdah.
Saudi Arabia and its regional allies attacked Yemen in March 2015 to bring back to power the deposed president of Yemen Abdrabbuh Mansour Hadi.
Thousands of Yemeni civilians including women and children have been killed in the attacks conducted by the Saudi-US coalition and more than 2,000 have died due to a cholera epidemic.
