TEHRAN, May 30 - Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Zangeneh said Total has a 60-day deadline for talks with the US.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - He made the remarks after the US unilaterally abandoned the nuclear deal and threatened to impose sanctions on companies doing business with Iran.
He said Total is now in talks with the US to continue developing phase 11th of South Pars.
“Total has 60 days for talks with the US. French government can hold talks with the US administration about staying in Iran during the 60 days.”
He noted in case the US and France fail to agree, Chinese CNPC will replace Total.
