TEHRAN, May 11 - Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qassemi blasted OIC Secretary General Yousef Al Othaimeen’s statement on regional issues and his support for US dropping of the nuclear deal.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) – Qassemi denounced the recent statement by Yousef Al Othaimeen’s which blatantly supported US unilateral withdrawal from the nuclear deal.
“The irresponsible and blind statement by the OIC secretary general which was issued beyond his job description contradicts the principle of impartiality of the OIC secretariat.
The move was coordinated with anti-Islamic policy of the US, Zionist regime and Saudi Arabia.”
“The measure was another step to weaken the credibility and status of the organization.”
